Who am I?
I currently work as a Data consultant at Datashift.
From 2021-2024, I worked as a Management Consultant at Nova Reperta, a boutique management consultancy. I joined them because after learning about natural sciences and the academic world, it was time to master the world of business and further develop my organizational and people skills.
In 2017-2021 I obtained a PhD doing bio-informatics research at Hasselt University and VITO. My first alma mater was KU Leuven where I obtained two master degrees: physics and bio-informatics, both with distinction.
For leisure I like running and other sports, as well as boardgames and video games. I’m always up for discussing ethics, politics, science, phsychology, philosophy, … anything useful or peculiar, really. During my holidays you can find me in the mountains or in other adventurous places.
How I see myself? As an optimistic realist who is always in for a laugh and a silly joke, but also adheres great importance to speaking truth with accuracy.
